Is there a personal pickup?
Yes, you have the option of personal collection at our Debrecen store. In this case, your package can be collected the day after you place your order, and we will keep it for a maximum of 10 working days, after which your order will be cancelled if it is not collected (this will result in the prohibition of further orders!)
What condition are the clothes in?
Our products are mostly used, so there may be pilling or small stains on the clothes, but this is always reflected in the pictures and the price of the product. We also indicate the condition of the product in writing on the product page, which you should definitely pay attention to before ordering! If you still don't get what you wanted, you can return it within 14 days.
What size are the clothes exactly?
We list the exact dimensions on each product page. To avoid returns, please make sure to check the size of the item before ordering.
